Here's some information about me! I'm 20, pan, and I have a chronic illness/disability. I'm also blasian/mixed (Black + Filipino).My VR setup consists of an Index, 2 base stations, and three 3.0 vive trackers.

Why Do I Make VR Vlogs?

There are a lot of reasons! For one, I really love exploring immersive worlds in VRChat, and really wanted to highlight the talented creators who spend time making these worlds. I also thought the idea of a vlog-style video, but in virtual reality, was something I was interested in and hadn't seen done before.Another reason is due to my chronic illness. I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, often shortened to CFS/ME. It can make it really difficult to travel a lot - if I do too much, it can make me sick! Traveling in VR lets me visit really cool places in a super short amount of time. It's really fun!And of course, VR is a whole different experience from real life. You can experience amazing, fantastical things that wouldn't be possible in real life - all from the comfort of your own room!I hope that with these vlogs, I can show you guys some great worlds to visit and enjoyable content to watch!

How Do You Make Your Art?

Digital Art
The art program I use is IBISPaint X.
My two most used brushes are Dip Pen (Hard) and custom lineart brushes.
All of my digital art is done on my phone with my finger. I create my sketch traditionally first!Traditional Art
I work with Prismacolor colored pencils and Sakura Pigma Micron Pens.My art typically takes a couple of hours to make, around 6-12 hours per piece depending on the level of detail.I use a variety of canvas sizes depending on what I am making, though I find bigger sizes work better because they can be sized down without losing quality.

You may have noticed some errors regarding the YouTube subtitle translations provided for Japanese and Korean speakers.
I am aware of these errors as I do all the subtitles myself.While I do not speak these languages, I try my best to write subtitles for them. I do this so that my content can be seen by others overseas.I try not to solely rely on Google Translate, but rather on a mix of different methods. I use dictionaries and informational documents on the internet from native speakers. I try to learn the best words to use for the text. (For example, in JP I use "www" for laughter because it's everyday internet slang)
Still, this results in mistakes as I am not a native speaker, and complex/longer sentences are harder to translate accurately.Why do I still include JP/KOR subtitles if there are mistakes?I want to make my content available to these audiences.This is for a number of reasons, such as that I visit a lot of Japanese and Korean places and want to promote their works, whether it be VRChat or VRoid. I also think my content can be appealing to those overseas, and adding a rough translation will make it more accessible, even if it is not perfect.Why not just hire a translator?I currently do not have the funds to pay someone to translate all my videos in multiple languages. I make videos for fun, and currently don't gain money from videos. It wouldn't be possible for me to pay for those services, so I opt to do everything myself.I also know that there is a feature on YouTube for the public to edit translations, however, this feature has a lot of malicious people and trolls who I don't trust. I don't want those kinds of people to use my platform to spread hate.And I do not feel comfortable asking my overseas friends to do something like that for free, because it's a lot of work and I don't want to take advantage of their kindness.So yes, I am aware there are mistakes. Again, I try to do the translations to the best of my abilities, and I hope others can still enjoy my content even with the possible grammar and structure mistakes.I hope you can understand and forgive the errors!
